Since I started my care and support service 8 months, I have had one regular carer, only the times she took a break off work and the replacement carers are very good as well. My carer listens to me, does what I ask her to do for me, she is allways on time, engages well with me, very patient, gives me time and does not rush me, she spends the time allocated helping and supporting me. I will recommend this agency because their management is very experienced and readily available to provide professional guidance and advice.
